Forked Deer Electric may refuse to connect or continue service for the following:
Violation of its rules and regulation
Theft of current or the appearance of theft devices on the premises of the customer
Past due accounts. Payment in full will be required. If disconnected for nonpay 3 times the member will be required to go on prepay.
Termination request by member. If request by phone or in person will need to provide ID verification.
Discontinuance of service does not release member from his/her obligation for payment of bill or any other amounts due.
Upon termination of service, any membership and deposit will be applied against unpaid bill and if any balance remains after such application, said balance will be refunded to member.
