New Construction, Temp Service, New Service for Trailer

Service for a new location customer will need to provide the following information and pay required fees

• Name the service will be in
• 911 address
• Daytime phone number
• Type of service (underground, overhead, temp pole, etc.)
• Fees required
• 3 year contract signed
• State permit fees (if an inspection is rejected, a new permit will need to be purchased in order to be reinspected).
• Aid to construction (may be required, will be determined once customer meets with line superintendent)

State of Tennessee also requires new homeowners provide septic tank papers. Please provide the yellow copy of the septic application.

When ready for inspection, please contact our office at least the day before. The state inspector inspects on Monday and Wednesday.
